Alex was a good girl. She always did as she should and was nice to everyone. She never had to be punished when she was growing up either. Her parents loved her and other parents wished their kids were like her. Alex went through her life in a nice and 'safe' way. She didn't hang out with people who would get into trouble, she avoided drugs and alcohol, porn, R rated movies, and anything else that could be considered 'bad'. She had managed all A's through out school, she graduated top of her class in physics at her university, and she was now working on various scientific studies at the lab downtown.

That Light..

it's so cold and dark. what happened? why am i in here? where did you go? all i remember is being in your arms then your eyes go wide and you pushed me away, then there was an odd bright light that caused a silent explosion. you were gone and all i saw was that light straight ahead with odd tints of green and blue. it was so pretty then out of no where blackness. am i dead? no i don't think i would be cold if i was, would i? my stomach lets out a growl and i realize my growing hunger. i hear bolts being unlatched and a chain falls to the ground. a huge door above me opens, the light coming from it is too bright for me to see who has opened it. i feel something soft wrap around me. agh! someone has picked me up in their arms. but who? they feel oddly familiar.. wow, its far warmer and bright up here. i realize i am in a secret room behind a huge study. my eyes slowly adjust to the sudden brightness. i look at the person who is holding me in their arms. *gasp* its you! my love! what happened? why am i hear? what happened to your beautiful face? you turn your head and look at me. a crooked grin creeps to your face. i smile knowing that whatever happened everything is okay
